An app that plans your route, answers your questions on the road and sorts things out when plans change. For weekend riders, bikepackers, cycle tourists and motorbike travellers.

Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play

From the first idea to the last kilometre

Ride Buddy stays with you for the whole trip: planning at home, answering on the road, and remembering it afterwards.

  1. Before the ride

Describe the ride you want or import a GPX file. Ride Buddy plans the route, checks it over satellite imagery, splits long trips into days and sends it to your devices.

  2. On the ride

Ask what is ahead, get updates when you want them, and ask for another way when the road is closed or your legs are gone.

  3. After the ride

Fly over the route you actually rode, keep the record in the services you use, and share it.

Everything Ride Buddy will do

Ask it anything on the way

Type it or say it. These are the kinds of questions Ride Buddy is being built to answer.

Where’s the next café that’s open?
Hollins, 12 km ahead. Open until 16:00.
How hard is the climb after the village?
2.4 km at 7% average, steepest near the top.
Can I still make the last train?
Yes. At your pace you reach Kettlewick at 17:20, and the 17:48 takes bikes.
Is the track after the bridge rideable?
Compacted gravel for 3 km. Fine on tyres 32 mm or wider.
Split this route into four days.
Four stages of 70 to 85 km, each ending near a place to stay.
The road’s closed. Find me another way.
The new route adds 6 km. It is on your bike computer now.

Quite Good Limited is a small software company in London. Ride Buddy is our first app. About us

You decide
Ride Buddy suggests and you choose. It does not change your route without asking.
Your ride data is yours
We collect what the app needs to work, never sell it, and delete it when you ask.
We say what works
We list a feature or a device once it works, not while it is still a plan.
